About Kidz for Life

From health and wellness classes, health initiative consulting, and general health-related seminars, Kidz for Life offers a full range of health programs tailored for people of all ages. We work with groups, families, or individuals. Kidz for Life provides all the necessary components to implement and maintain a cost- effective health program in a school setting, as well. We help to replace important health education programs that may have been cut due to school budget constraints.

Our specialized health and wellness curriculum – which meets and exceeds the Arizona State Standards of Health – is custom-tailored to each participant, whether an individual, family, group or school. Focusing on the mind, body and spirit, we provide motivational, informative lessons and seminars on basic health, nutrition, menu planning, label reading, exercise and physical fitness, self-esteem, communication, hygiene, safety and self-improvement.

The flexibility of the program is another tremendous benefit of Kidz for Life. During your free consultation session, we work with you to determine the program that is right for your needs. Kidz for Life has numerous health seminars covering a wide variety of topics that can be tailored to individuals, families or groups of any size. We also provide Health Initiative consulting services for school lunch programs and general health issues.
